Hi, when i arrive at Narita International Airport, the first thing i would like to do is to find a sim card with network courier. Is there any stores in the Airport that sells the sim? in fact, will i have trouble communicating with the sales person as i dont speak japanese?

Don't buy them at the airport. They cost the double price (12000 Yen). The cheaps offer is prepaid cards, which you can buy in the Tokyo station softbank branch (6000 Yen / incl. 3000 Yen charge). However, they can not speak English at this store. I would suggest you ask some one to help you.

Is there any stores in the Airport that sells the sim?Yes, here's a list of the kiosks at the airport: http://www.narita-airport.jp/en/guide/service/list/svc_19.html#t1in fact, will i have trouble communicating with the sales person as i dont speak japanese? The kiosks at the airport shouldn't be a problem. What exactly are your needs? Voice only, data only, data+voice? And how much do you intend to use the voice/data? Because you may find that a rental sim may suit your needs better than a prepaid.
