Hi, I willbe visiting Tokyo and Osaka soon. Anyone can give me good recommendation on where i can buy dried seafood (e.g. scallops and squids) in Tokyo and osaka area? Thanks in advance!!

If you want reasonably priced ones, go to Ameyoko in Tokyo and Kuromon Ichiba in Osaka or any super markets. Good quality and expensive ones can be found at Tsukiji in Tokyo and any department stores in both cities.
