Register License Plate in Osaka

Hello All,

Finally, I think its the best way is sending my current car to japan.

May I know what I need to do when I reach to Japan? How can I exchange the license plate in Osaka? OR I should say, apply a new license plate for my Netherlands car...

And which document I need to bring with me when I go to apply my license plate?

you already have gotten enough information.
if you can speak Japanese and can read Japanese papers, you may do by yourself. Otherwise, ask the professionals who inport/export cars.
