How common is the Japanese family name Negiya?

Is it really a family name? I have met Negishi, Nemoto, etc., but I do not know any Negiya.
Now as I look it up on the internet, Negiya appears more as hotel or restaurant name, but not as person's family name. As I look it up on "personal name" dictionary/listing, it does appear as 根木屋 or other more old-fashioned writing.

For "Negiya" in name search listing, the following appeared:
子木弥
根木屋
根木谷
祢宜谷
禰宜谷
