Rinku outlet 2014/1/8 08:47
Hi...Going to kyoto and osaka for 5 days...
Planning for 3 days Kyoto and 2 day Osaka.

Landing at 6am, and planning to go straight to kyoto using the Haruka/Icoca pass.

Flight back will be 10am.

How/when is the best way to include Rinku outlet into the itinerary without paying too much on train fares? After landing should we wait at the airport until 9.40 am and go to the outlet first?

Since Rinku outlet is close to Kansai Airport, it's wise to either go on the first day as soon as you arrive. (that's what we did)

Or if time permits, visit the outlet on the day of return, after dropping your suitcases at the airport.

the sky shuttle bus costs 100yen, no need to buy tickets, just pay when you get on the bus.
