How can I cancel the OCN sim card?

Hi
I have purchased a OCN mobile one SIM card 30 mb internet card (http://service.ocn.ne.jp/english/mobile/one/) , they take every month money from my bank account and because now I am not in Japan anymore I would like to cancel it.
I wrote them a mail and they don't answer.
On the page above is wrritten that I should send the card back to them to cancel the contract, but I shall also follow some instructions which are written only in Japanese :/
I dont know what to do now, can anyone give me a advice how I can cancel this service?? :( Thank you
