Hi,
I am a consultant chef and will be visiting Tokyo in April. I would like to meet Japanese celebrity chefs, cooking school owners and chef instructors to interview them etc. I also like information on markets and MUST SEE food related establishes and also MUST EAT type food information.
Can anyone give me the leads?
There are 2 of us - both chefs and we would like to stay in an organic farm house type of accommodation - is there any?
