Handshake Events in Osaka?

I recently attended a handshake event for a photo book launch in Tokyo. Are they regular similar events in Osaka? If so where do they take place?

A fair number of artists do promotion in Osaka as well as Tokyo though not as many so it will depend on the artist/author/group.
I don't know any main places that many handshake events take place at, though that doesn't mean there isn't one. Typically, I follow certain artists and check their schedules for handshake type events.
