Need some help in translation

the right side button 運転 切　入　= toggle button to run on and off.
+ and - = change preset room temperature you want.

If you look at the diagram on pages 7 - 8, from the far left,

For the steps 1 through 3:

1. Press 運転. The burner will ignite, and "燃焼" lamp will light up.
2. Set room temp (with - /+ buttons). It is pre-set to 22 degrees C the first time you use it.
3. Press 運転 (to turn it off). It will be turned off, and 燃焼 lamp will go out.

the left button ??
if you mean the two bottons between 運転/切/入 and + ,

おやすみ means setting auto-turn-OFF.
push おやすみ button, auto-turn-off after 1 HR.

おはよう means setting auto-turn-ON timer.
push おはよう button, then adjust the number by + or - . if you adjust to 4, the heater will be turn-on after 4 HR. after turing-on, the hearter will be shutdown automatically after 1 HR burning.
