Hello, for the free city-wide wifi access, I understand you have to type in your email address before you can connect. And of course, you have to click on "agree" to the user terms and conditions.
My question is: do the instructions appear in Japanese characters? How would a foreign visitor know where to type in the email address?

From their site it appears that the registration page is in Japanese, but its really obvious to follow (i.e. one text field for your email address, big orange button to proceed)
