A sentence from Dragon Quest, ドラゴンクエスト
勇者ロトの血を引きし者よ!
This inquiry is two parts:
1: In the case of '血を引きし'; is the translation 'pull the blood (of)' a Japanese expression? Or am I mistaken and the translation is 'inherit the blood (of)'?
2: I've learned that the verb must always come last; in this case, does '血を引きし者よ' qualify as a "verb phrase" which I have seen mentioned?
Thank you.

'inherit the blood' seems to be correct. this is not a complete sentence.
To the person(s) who inherit(s) the blood of Yusha(brave man) Roto !
