Looking for nice fitting bigger formal shirts

I'm looking for formal shirts that will still fit nice. While I'm not a giant, I have long arms and broad shoulders.

For example, the XL shirts in UniQlo are too short for my arms and too stiff around my shoulders. Can anyone recommend a store in Tokyo that has bigger shirts?

The thing is I'm not fat at all, so I'm hoping for shirts that have longer arms and are broader in the shoulders and neck but still fit nice.

I bought a few formal shirts at Haruyama and Aoyama stores for wearing to school. They stock up to a 3L size which would be maybe a 2XL. Try there.

Besides my formal teaching clothes, I only use casual which I usually order online or some-one from home sends to me.
