Will I be able to free roam at KCP?

While at KCP International in Shinjuku, Tokyo, I understand that there will be "excursions led by KCP staff" I want to know if I will be able to go to places I want to go to alone, such as Ginza and Akihabara. For example, I am hoping to go to the Pokemon Center in Minato, but I'm sure KCP staff would not go there. Is free roaming like this a possibility at KCP in Tokyo?

Not sure what program you're looking at, but it looks like a regular language school. In other words, your time outside of class is your own.
