weird ice creams

So i heard the ice cream city in sunshine city has been replaced with dessert stores. Do they have ice cream with unique flavors there? If not, when can I buy those kinds of ice creams in Tokyo?

The Ice Parlor in Namja Town has fifty types of ice cream, including basil, musk melon, avocado, beef tongue, crab and Indian curry.

The Ice Parlor in Namja Town does not exist anymore.

From mid of July 2013 reopened as "Ice Parlor" a part of Fukubukuro dessert yokocho block.

um... so just to make this clear. There is still ice cream shop in Namjatown that sells unique flavored ice creams, correct?

Yes, the new place is called Ice Parlor, and I was just a few months back.

There used to be a different place called Ice Cream City up on the third floor, but Ice Parlor is better because you get several mini-scoops so you can try several different flavors in smaller sizes.

Sorry, I was THERE just a few months back. Blame my pre-coffee posting. And as you can see from the links above, the shop is listed on the current website.

I loved that place.

Just so you know: I tried three different -let's say 'unique' flavors - and they all tasted just as horrible as expected. Don't expect salt ice cream to taste nice...

The beef tongue was quite good.
