I've seen the knife in Don Quijote stores, so Don Quijote stores in Kyoto probably sale it. The price was I think between 2,000 and 3,000 Yen.
or Tokyu Hands in Kyoto opens in June 2014 possibly sale it.

Only sure place I know is the Kyocera HQ building in Kyoto. They retail the knife at the reception.
