Hi,
I will be visiting Shinjuku station one of the evenings and I recall being/seeing a very large floor(s) of just food. Which is the most popular/biggest one to check out given that I only have time for one. Also, is there a closing time?
Thanks!

How about Isetan Department Store (B1F)? 5 min. walk from the east exit of Shinjuku Station.

Thanks! Is that larger than the one at Odakyu or Takashimaya? Does it share the same closing hours as the store (8pm)?
Thanks.

There are four large department stores located in Shinjuku. Odakyu(west), Keio(west), Isetan(east) and Takashimaya(south-east)
I like Odakyu Department store(west exit) B1 food floor. Odakyu selects relatively middle class foods and gifts selection. I buy things for myself and for ordinary friend gift at Odakyu.
I also like Isetan Department store(East exit). Isetan's selection is upper middle - luxury foods and gifts. I buy things for my very special friends gift at Isetan.
Keio Department store is alright as usual. I don't visit so often Keio. I can't find things I want to buy at Keio(not criticism).
Takashimaya food floor is the largest in Shinjuku area. Takashimaya's selection is upper middle - luxury. Takashimaya is a bit far from Shinjuku main stations so I don't visit so often. But I bought two birthday present at Takashimaya this year(premium hocolate box and luxury fruits box).
