I can't find "at_STARBUCKS_Wi2" in their branches in Tokyo. What is the WiFi network name? Thanks.

It's "at_STARBUCKS_Wi2".
If you're not seeing it, there is either a problem with that store's WiFi, or a problem with your terminal.

You know, a year ago, when I was visiting Nagoya, I stopped by a Starbucks there, and was told they do not have wifi. I ws under the impression that some franchises don't have it...
