Hi does anyone know where to find Black Label Burrberry in Osaka? hopefully in tourist area can we get tax refund. and any procedures?

The store located on the sixth floor of the tower building of Abeno Harukasu. The tax refund procedure can be in the first basement floor of the wing building there.
