Australian RESMEDsleep machine AC adapter

I have the above machine which uses an AC adapter that has the following details;
RESMED Sony AC ADAPTER IP21
Model 369102
AC INPUT : 100-240V [squiggly line] 50-60Hz 1.0-1.5A, 115V[squiggly line]400Hz 1.5A
DC OUTPUT : +24V = 3.75A
Question
Do I need a different adapter for Japan, OR just a Japanese electrical plug to insert into my adapter cord?

AC100V, 50or60Hz in Japan.
you only need a plug adapter.
