They don't list email addresses, but their branch phone numbers can be found here:

Or their corporate number if you want to contact them about wholesaling:

I've never been, but the Higashi Urawa location will probably be the easiest to visit. It takes about 40 minutes from Ueno with one or two transfers along the way:

BTW, does it have to be Toy Planet? What are you looking to buy? There's probably similar stores in Tokyo near where you'll already be.

Hi yllwsmrf,

I want to buy this.

someone i spoke online told me she bought hers at toyplanet only. My plan is to visit akihabara or nakano first, if they really don't have these. I will go there.

Not sure if you are aware, but Toy Planet is a second hand toy shop, so the likelihood that they have a something like a specific rilakuma figurine is extremely small. Personally I wouldn't bother going unless you called first and know they have what you are looking for. Instead, try looking online like yahoo auctions or other second hand markets.

Hi yllwsmrf,

the problem is that I can't speak Japanese, that's why I'm asking for an email, maybe they can give my mail to an English speaking staff. I doubt the one who answering the phone can speak English.

Yes, I'm also aware its a second hand toy shop. Is it possible if you write in Japanese for "small rilakkuma figurine" or the correct term for this, so I can search this using Yahoo Japan auctions. I will try my best to search for this item.

Many thanks again!

Even if you find an address, I think it's unlikely that they'll have any English speaking staff to read your mail. Most likely they'll trash it without even looking at it.

Here's some searches to get you started:
http://www.amazon.co.jp/s/ref=sr_pg_4?rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3A%E3%83%AA%E3%83...
http://auctions.search.yahoo.co.jp/search?p=%E3%83%AA%E3%83%A9%E3%83%8...
http://search.rakuten.co.jp/search/mall/%E3%83%AA%E3%83%A9%E3

There's tons of them out there, and I didn't find the exact one you posted after a cursory search. Try amazon too. Main problem will be how to purchase without speaking Japanese. You'll probably need to use a shopping service. Check google, there's tons of companies out there that can help you out.

maybe from this blogger you can read where he got his rilakkuma mini figurine, sorry can't read Japanese.

Seems also that its a old blog. around 4 years old.

You might also try visiting Tokyo Station Character Street which I believe still has a Rilakkuna store. It has new merchandise but you might find something you like there. There are plenty of used toy shops in Akihabara and Nakano that carry character merchandise, but it might be hard to find the exact item you are looking for. Good luck!

Oh, and also, when you go to Tokyo, bring a picture of what you looking for with the dimensions in centimeters or millimeters . It will help the clerks to understand what you are looking for.

Re: Toyplanet email address 2014/7/5 16:19
Trying to find something like that at a second-hand store is very difficult and can be disappointing, those merchandise tend to come and go.

I agree that you should try Rirakkuma Stores - in the basement of Tokyo Station, Harajuku, Kichijoji, and Tokyo Skytree Town/Solamachi locations.

Tokyo Station location:

4F of Kiddy Land in Harajuku seems to be Rirakkuma Store:

Kichijoji location (on 6th floor A section of Coppice Kijichoji, 2-minute walk from north exit of JR Kichijoji station:

Tokyo Skystree Town/Solamachi store:
