"Kieru" means to "disappear," "be gone," but maybe this was said in the context of online chat? (I am only guessing). If that is the case, it could mean "to sign off" the chat.
きえる ね I'm going to disappear/sign off. 私は きえる から ゆるして ね I'm going to disappear/be gone, forgive me/excuse me for that.

Well, I have to say I have a different interpretation.
Of course, it depends on the context, but 私はきえるからゆるしてね means "I will disappear, so forgive me." In other words, the person thinks (s)he has done something wrong and wants to be forgiven for that wrong act. To be forgiven, (s)he is going to disappear.
If the person is saying that (s)he wants to be forgiven for the act of disappearing, then (s)he would've said 私はきえるけどゆるしてね
I hope it's just a casual joke.

"kieru[消える]" is not so simple. "-ne" using a girl/woman style most but very angry a boy/man use sometimes.
1) forum/sns/chat etc sign/log off,no access,e-mail,contact forever(or not) 2) disappear/gone "your world" good-bye boyfriend[s],girl friend[s] or group 3) disappear/gone "this world" for suicide XD
I hope no bad ending,too.
