B-Mobile X SIM Card?

Hi, Recently I purchased a B-Mobile X Sim Card for data plan in Japan. However, no matter what I tried (restart, APN settings), I can't get the sim card to work/receive data. Can someone please enlighten me on this? I've been following the following page: http://www.bmobile.ne.jp/xsim/s_setting.htmlPS: What is PDP Type? Thank you :)

What phone do you have? Is it on the supported device list?
PDP stands for Packet Data Protocol.
