Can I keep hamster in no-pet apartment?

I believe no pet is aminly for dogs and cats as they make noise. There hammy is small rodent so ummm can i buy it and keep it in nopet apartment ? Well i had a fish in NOPET mansion last time though. Thanks in adv lovely peeps.

Opinions vary on this point, but still practically speaking, hamsters are nocturnal, so they can make noise at night, their pee smells, and can leave scratches and damages on the apartments themselves, so if they say no pets, you'd be safe not keeping any. You could ask the real estate agency or landlord (before you buy one, of course).

Each apartment or condo have specific policies. You should check on that unless you want to cheat.
Many places allow "shou-doubutsu" such as birds, hamsters, turtles and fish, while others are more strict.
