No SEGA spot in Morioka. UFO catcher at another "Ga-Cen(Game-center)" usual. Ask local. Ga-cen and UFO catcher are popular as lang. Don't say "arcade". "クラブ(club)セガ(sega)" are not so many in Japan. Tokyo,Nagoya,Osaka and some big city only. http://www.sega-entertainment.jp/shop/shop_list.html
