I would like to know if there is any edible mushroom that grows on or near japanese cedar (cryptomeria japonica), in Japan.

Here on the website of Ministry of Health, Labor & Welfare of Japan, they do list one kind of mushroom that grows on fallen cedar tree or old stumps as POISONOUS.
