We will come with group of 45 young scouts to japan on july.
We will need to take train form Tokyo to chinYamaguchi.
What is our options and prices.

Actually, unless you want to consider painfully slow options like buses or local trains, flying is both fastest and cheapest (compared to the Shinkansen). The page also overestimates the price of discount flights; they are about 10,000 yen.

I agree with ken. If you have 45 kids traveling with you, you should look into making specific arrangements for the entire group. That should make your travels more easily, potentially cheaper, and definitely less stressful.
