Any night entertainment in Tokyo for 2 girls?

I am travelling with my 15-year old sister to Tokyo spending 5 nights.

She is obviously too young to go clubbing so is there anything I can do with her at night that is fun and interesting, besides shopping and dining?

I am looking for music and art performances, night markets, festivals, traditional Japanese performances etc.

Depends on how much you like singing, but karaoke is the very first thing that came to my mind. Private rooms, with a large variation in prices depending on nice or basic of place you go to. Although alcohol is usual available, non-alcoholic drink bars are common. Even if you're terrible at games, arcades can be a fun way to burn the evening hours, and you might enjoy trying out purikura (photo sticker booths) in them. Busy areas will be full of both karaoke and arcade chains, especially close to major stations.

If you're there in summer it should be a lot easier to find night festivals.

If you're not already staying in a place with public bathing (and if you're both comfortable with it), a trip to a place like Oedo Onsen could be fun and might be open late.

If you are interested in your play, Kabuki and Takarazuka, there is also such as Shiki Theatre Company.

I don't know how late into the night it goes, but the Viva la Rock festival is around the time you're going to be in Tokyo.
