Narita to Haneda: how to reach by train

My round the world ticket includes only Narita, but a friend suggests coming to Haneda as he lives close by. Can we take a train from Narita using Train Pass (for our 10 day stay)?

Access betwen Narita and Haneda airports: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2027.html(Select "to/from Haneda Airport" in the dropdown list) When you say train pass, do you mean the Japan Rail Pass? If so, you can take Narita Express to Tokyo or to Shinagawa, covered by JR Pass. From Shinagawa to Haneda Airport, you have to take another train. Since Haneda airport is not particularly convenient for you, maybe you can meet up in Shinagawa?
