Please look here http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2017.html

However I'm going to say the day passes are probably not worth it...
It limits you to certain companies and is expensive I think. Take Tokyo Free Kippu for example, 1590 yen...pricing on the trains goes by distance so a average price would be about 240yen each time you get on and off. The question is are you going to use the trains 6 to 8 times a day? If so then maybe the pass is good for you.

It would be easier and probably cheaper if you get a Suica or Pasmo card and preload as you need http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2359_003.html This way you can use virtually any company trains in Tokyo.

Hope this helps!!!

Have fun!!!!

I think "Tokyo Free Kippu(Ticket)" for 1590 Yen is good for you.

or, Tokyo metro and Toei metro joint ticket(1000 Yen) is good if you can manage your route well. But you can not use JR lines with this ticket.
