Hi,
I would like to use Takuhaibin service to deliver our luggage (25 kg/luggage)
1/ from Sapporo station to Sounkyo Choyo hotel
2/ from Abashiri station to Shiretoko Grand hotel
Could you please guide me how to book this service and fare? I try to find the info from Takuhaibin website but cannot find the delivery within Hokkaido

What exactly is your problem? There are plenty of websites explaining in English how to use the takkyubin, probably including this one.

The only small challenge will be finding a place in or near Sapporo or Abashiri Station to send your luggage from. It is probably easiest to ask the station's tourist information desk.
The cost is around 1500 yen per piece, and no advance booking is necessary.
