Hi, I am planning to visit Tokyo during the Cherry Blossom season. Can anyone advise the best time to visit during March - April 2015?

According to the current forecast, full bloom is expected in Tōkyō 02-10 April.

Use the forecast with caution as the weather (which largely determines when the sakura open and how long they remain) can be a fickle mistress.
