Golf with Rental Clubs Around Tokyo or Osaka

My brother and I will be in Japan from mid-July to early August and want to play golf around Tokyo or Osaka. However, I've read that many courses do not offer rental clubs.
I've been using golf-in-japan.com and Google Translate to go through courses, but I can't find any that specifically mention rental clubs.
Does anyone know of courses that offer rental clubs?
