Narutomi Soba in Tokyo, members only 2015/3/9 14:20
Hi, I will be in Tokyo from April 15-17 and I really want to eat authentic handmade Soba noodles. I read that Narutomi, located in Chuo district, is one of the best but I also read that if you don't speak Japanese they will then claim that they only accept "members only" customers for dining and won't let you in. I am wondering if this is still true as I do not speak/read Japanese well.

Thank you for any feedback!

There are hundreds of other soba shops in Tokyo that you can go to. I like Hosokawa in Ryogoku, but there are many more. http://bento.com/searchg.php?q=soba
