Kanto area pass

I wanto to know if kanto pass usuful for me.
one day in Nikko and come back to tokio
second day from toyio to kamakura and then same day prosecution to Hakone. Third day from Hakone to odawara. Is it better kanto pass or independent tickets?
From odawara to kyoto I need train ticket.
Then for 4 days in kansai useful kansai pass?
I will visit Nara, and koysan. thank you

Not covered by the Kanto Area Pass.

As you can see above, regular or alternative tickets come considerably cheaper than the Kanto Area Pass.
