Comiket Otaku Summit 2015

Hello,

I will be traveling to Japan in just a few weeks and will be in Tokyo in time for the second day of the Otaku Summit 2015(Comiket Special 6) at Makuhari Messe. I would like to check this out as it seems interesting, but I have limited knowledge of the event. I have checked the website and there is only a little bit of information available in English. I would like to know how and where to obtain the entrance pamphlet and if there are any websites out there that offer more information in English. Can I just show up and obtain the pamphlet at the event? Really any information would be greatly appreciated, especially from someone who has been there before.
