hello , i plan to visit toyama - shinano-omachi , and i check http://www.alpen-route.com/en/ that , we need reservation ticket before the journey . can we buy the ticket when visit ? i wonder if no vacancy , can we still to visit there ? thank you

i have the same question also, can we buy the ticket on the day we arrive ?
is the reservation using credit card so we dont need to pay at the location?
