Is rap and hip hop popular in Japan?

are there any japanese people who love rap or hip hop? and are there any rappers in japan?

I think that there is popular with some.
I do not know much but, KREVA, RHYMESTER and King Ghidorah (K DUB SHINE, Zeebra), etc. are famous.

Mainly, it can be heard in a concert hall or live house.

Hip-hop and rap street live, it is not I've seen.

Been to Japan many,many times and yes they like Hip Hop. In Shibuya there was a club called Harlem that plays hip hop. Also there there was club Asia that had hip hop,Reggae,etc. They have Japanese Hip Hop magazines like Woofin which feat. American & Japanese Hip Hop artists. They use to have a reggae music festival call Japan sunsplash every summer too. They have Japanese hip hop & Japanese reggae or dancehall as well. Go to the Shibuya,Tokyo area.
