Chance to see poppy and tulip in tokyo

Hello I wiil be in Tokyo from 1-3/4, and looking for a place where i can see tulip and poopy. I hope you could suggest me where cause i really want to see them beside cherry blossom.

Tulips are from about the middle of April to the end of the month. Some poppies are from the middle of April to the middle of May, the more famous red ones are from the middle to end of May.

Just so you know, they may not be blooming much tomorrow. However you will have the chance to see other flowers. The park is big, so there is a lot to see!

I went to Showa kinen park today, there is tulip and poppy but not bloom yet. But the cherry blossom is awsome. Thank alot for your help.
