Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre tickets

I'm planning to travel to Japan on October and coincidently there will be a concert in Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre in that I'd like to attend to.
The problem is that to buy tickets online you need to register on a Japanese-only site and be a Japanese resident?
Is there another way for tourists to buy tickets beforehand? Maybe a site that work as a middleman?

There is no theater that Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre. Do theater has decided concert you want to see? Depending on the theater, there is also the location of the English site. Also these things in a foreign site. http://www.songkick.com/Maybe, if you ask the concierge of the hotel, they will us to arrange a ticket.
