Transport at Harumi Passenger terminal?

What is the distance from the cruise ship port at Harumi to the nearest water bus stop? Is there other public transportation at the cruise port? I am interested in going to the detached garden and any other accessible gardens. Also, are there any shopping centers close to the Harumi Passenger Terminal?

The water bus does not go through the Harumi Pier. The route has ended.
The bus stop of Toei bus close to the Harumi Pier. Buses go to Ginza and Tokyo Station district has been operating from there.

Hamarikyu Garden is the closest garden from Harumi Pier.

Take the bus to go to Tokyo Station or Yotsuya Station, get off at Tsukiji 3-chome bus stop, then to southwest about 10 minutes walk and is the entrance of the garden.

Nearby shopping spot is located in Ginza, Odaiba, and Toyosu.
