I hope I will be able to help

Hello.
Once again I would like to ask how to say something... How would you say "I hope I will be able to help"?
My major-problem is the "I-hope"-part, because I do not understand how to say it. If I understand it correctly "I will be able to help" is "私は手伝うを出来る", but I am pretty sure it is wrong...
Please help me!

"I will be able to help" using the verb tetsudau would be: - Watashi wa tetsudau koto ga dekimasu.
But I. Wonder what kind of "help" you are referring to, though. Are you going to see someone and literally give a helping hand to that person doing something? Or do you mean like listening to someone talk about their problem and you want to provide emotional support or help?
For hands-on help, I can suggest - O-tetsudai shitai desu. (I want to assist/help you.) - O-tetsudau dekitara ureshii desu. (I would be happy if I could help.) For emotional help, I can suggest something like - O-chikara ni naritai desu. (I want to be of help to you.) - O-chikara ni naretara ureshii desu. (I would be happy if I could be of help.)
