where to buy Jaga Pokkuru potato chip

Does anyone know where to buy these within Tokyo area, not online:

Basically Jagapokkuru is being sold only within Hokkaido.
However you could buy it at Blue Sky tax free shop at the Narita airport.

Thanks for the reply, I'm more to look for the availability of them in town, as I will also be arriving and leaving through Haneda, they have the bluesky shop their, but my departure time does not permit me to make purchase even if they are available.
