Narita Airport to Shimbashi

I'm planning to travel to Shimbashi station from Narita airport by taking the Keisei Skyliner to Nippori, and changing to the JR Yamanote Line.
Can I buy one ticket to cover the entire journey at the Keisei ticket desk in the airport? Or do I have to buy a separate JR ticket at Nippori station?

Keisei and JR (Yamanote line) are two different companies. Buy the Keisei ticket at Narita and buy a SUICA card at Nippori.

If you're worried about this, just purchase a Suica card instead at the airport.
You won't have to worry about tickets for different rail companies during your transfers.
