How to play pick up soccer in tokyo

Ive heard of these great rooftop soccer places in Tokyo and was curious to know where and when to play. I will be traveling to Tokyo in About a week for a few days so I was looking for a pick up type games. I remember seeing turf fields next to yoyogi park and shibiya adidas park but don't know how to reserve a spot can anyone give me a hand? Thank you in advance :)

There are various Futsal courts can be hired for both members and visitors, include Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium, multipurpose court, adidas futsal park in Shibuya and Ikebukuro, Tokyo sports bunka-kan futsal courts etc.
It depends on which venue you wish to go.

I prefer to play at shibuya Adidas futsal park, and the turf fields next to shibuya if possible. I went on the website for shibuya but couldn't find a way to register.
