Could you help me with this?

"熱を持った熱い体"

Is it something like the temperature of the body is rising?

熱(netsu) and 熱い(atsu-i) often using/include short of 情熱(jyo-netsu) as "passion".

So not sure that 熱 means "real body temp(as sick) rising" or "passion".
Or real body temp rising as after burned out(something work/play finished).
