Lunches and Dinners in Tokyo

Dear all Foodie fans! I would be at Tokyo on Sun 14 June in the evening around 6pm. Two Asian women and an Asian man who have never been to any parts of Japan are at a loss as to where are the MUST-DINE, very cool, very affordable, and/or very delicious places to fill our tummies in the short 6 days we have. Any places to suggest for the following? We can do any budget, max to about 10000 yen per pax, though not for every meal definitely. Dinners at Shinjuku (Sun n Thu), Asakusa (Mon), Shibuya (Tue), Tokyo station (Wed) and also Lunches at Toyosu (Mon), Harajuku (Tue). Dinner places above are my last stops and lunch places above are my mid stops. Appreciate it!

For a Japanese experience, try the famous Tsukiji Fish Market, there are sushi places around there and you can check out the market as well.
I don't know if you are only interested in Japanese food, but if you like Korean food, Typhoon in Akihabara was good.

These are chain restaurants so you can find it almost everywhere, cheap and fast options if you don't want to spend too much time eating. CoCo Ichibanya (awesome curry rice, you can customize your spicy level) Yoshinoya (nice and cheap beef bowl) Kamukura Ramen (clear broth ramen) Tenya (tempura don/ udon) Check out this site/app too, there's recommendation based on area and photo guide on how to go to the restaurants, very useful. http://www.picrumb.com/

I was going to say go for a wagyu meal, but that is out of your budget, it something you cannot experience out side of Japan.
I will consider yakiniku, there are plenty of them all around Japan, many of them are reasonable priced.
