Platinum Port in Hanamaki + maezawa beef Oshu

Hello,

I read about a special platinum port famous in Hanamaki. Can anyone recommend a good restaurant for this premium pork there as I will be staying a night there?

In addition, can anyone receoomend a goood restaurant for Maezawa beef in Oshu city or Yonezawa?

My wife's from Hanamaki, a great onsen town, BTW.
