Do you mean Chinese characters by ideograms? If so, and if the expression ''Remember yourself'' is similar to Self-consciousness, the approximate expression would be ©o(jikaku). If you prefer the traditional form of this character, ©æS . For reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kitaro_Nishida
