May I know that is there any place in Akihabara or Tokyo that sells

used + unlocked + no contract + able to use foreign SIM cards + available to foreigner

iPhone 5s? And what is the price though? Please provide me the name of the shops too. Thanks!

But why would you want to use a foreign sim in a local phone, and why can't you just use your current phone?
