Hi, I'm trying to find a good Red Sea Bream restaurant in Shikoku. Can anyone please recommend one? Or suggest a way to research them? (google didn't return much)
thanks :)

My bad; the restaurant can be in Shikoku, Osaka, or Kyoto. (but ideally Shikoku). Thanks.

A little left of field but we stayed at Ukifune-en ryokan at Uji (really nice there, by the way) which had multiple courses of sea bream in the menu at the time. Worth a visit there, but you'd have to contact them to see if they still do it.

Ukifune-en ryokan at Uji is really a very nice inn. If you talk to them from before, you can just have a kaiseki style dinner and not have to stay there. I have done that before. I believe the locals call it Hanayashiki ryokan. Hope you get to enjoy. http://www.ukifune-en.co.jp/english/
